Ports are down after upgrading from OVS 3.4.2 to OVS 3.4.6

Good day,

I have the following problem:

a) After upgrading a clustered OVS node from 3.4.2 to 3.4.6, the OVMM GUI incdicates that a few of the node's ethernet ports are down, including those assigned to the live migrate network.

The ports were up before the upgrade. I double checked, performed a few live migratons of some VMs beforehand. Everything worked fine.

I have upgraded many other ovs nodes successfully, using the exact same procedures. This is the first occurence of ports being down.

b) Checking the port status in ovs cli, shows the relevant bond and ports are down (output pasted below):
