Issue with Project Expenditure query

Hi All,

I have been assigned Projects User Responsibility. When am querying Expenditures through Expenditure Query am able to see amounts of some projects and not able to see other projects.

What is the cause and how can I resolve this issue? ( through other Responsibilities like Super User other are able to view all the Projects ).
