iSupplier - Approved Prospective Supplier Registration History/Attachment ?

We are 12.2.7 and in the process of implementing a prospective supplier registration. We ran into the issue that after the registration is approved and the supplier is created, it is no longer shown under the Prospective Supplier Registration Page even with the search of using the status (per below screenshot), is this by design? We can do the supplier search and found the supplier record with no issue

If the registration information is not shown there, where does all the communication/notes and attachments that were sent back/forth during the registration go? We have a need of those information. Any help/guidance is truly appreciated. Thank you.
