Is there an enrollment statement for OE like there is for life events?

Pre-Fluid, we utilized a customized version of the Personal Enrollment Form that listed all available options and costs for the employee.  We use this for HIR and OE.  I can't find this option in the new Fluid environment.  I see the screen for "Enrollment Statement Controls", but it is only for life events.  Is there not the option for new hires and open enrollment?
