Customer Merge- Old account is still Active after merge to New account
Hi ,
Party A and Account #100
Party B and Account #200
1. We did party merge : Party A merged to Party B --> Part A is not showing anymore after merge and Part B shows two accounts ( #100 and #200 )
2. We did Account merge within same Party. --> Account #100 to Account #200
Install Base, Sales Order, Service Requests are all changed to new account. but my question is , why old account #100 status is still active ? and credit limit was not consolidated. Is this standard functionality ?
