Approval List could not be generated.

User getting error "Approval List could not be generated. Please contact system administrator to review AME rules"  on RQ page.

When I look at Test Workbench with transaction_Id, I see Applicable AME Rules but the box does not generate in the OAF Page. Could any one provide any pointers?
