Is it mandatory to have FDMEE licence for all the ARM and Planning users

Hi All,

We are using FDMEE for both ARM and Planning applications. Do all the users who use ARM and Planning need FDMEE license? because most of the ARM and Planning users they don't use FDMEE except the admins.

Example - There are 150 ARM user licenses and 150 FDMEE licenses, so can we reduce  FDMEE licenses as most of the ARM users don't use FDMEE?
