Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question about updating Project Performance Reporting Data on Self Service Pages

Hi,

We are using R12.1.3.

In Self Service Projects, we have a "My Projects" page which is a bit like the PSI screen in Core Applications and contains this type of output:

We had an issue where the values were not updating correctly despite these jobs running regularly:

PRC: Process Project Financial Data
PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amounts
PRC: Refresh Transaction Summary Amounts
PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries
PRC: Update Project Performance Data
PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts

In the end we fixed the issue by using this workaround:

Set Profile option "PJI: Truncate PJI Summary Tables" to "yes" at the site level
