Migration issue: import is not started

Hello!

We are using Siebel 19.6 and we tried to make a Full RR synchronous migration. After the export has been completed on the source env. the import didn't start. We have checked the migration folder in the target File System, and the folder wasn't copied there from the source FS.

We upgraded our 18.6 to the current 19.6, and previously the Full RR migration worked without any problem.
