Need migrated contracts to be Active without any approval process

Hi All,

We are migrating service contracts from legacy to EBS R12 (12.2.6).

Can the contracts be directly moved to active status without having to go through Approval Process.

Will the contracts go through the approval process or will they be directly active.

If they go through Approval Process, is there a way to bypass it?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
