Installing Deployment Server on 12c OEE

Hi,

we are trying to upgrade the OEE 11g to OEE12C . we could install the OEE 12c 12.1.0.2.0 e1local database successfully, but unable to install the JDE deployment app 9.1 on top.

Error is below : unable to determine the E1 local database instance. I have checked. we are able to ping the tns / connect the database via client version 12c 12.1.0.2.0.

Kindly advise on this. whether we can install the jde deployment server 9.1 on the 12c OEE version or not.
