Export Grid data into Excel

Hello Folks, We are exported data from grid to excel successfully, But while opened the same excel its throwing error message message  that "This file is corrupt  and can not be opened." This happened for more then 25K rows. But for below 25K we are able to open exported excel. We have 9.2 with TR 9.2.5.3 on solaries. Kindly suggest and help me out from this issue. Thanks Ramsajeevan
