How to record Accrued Interest ?

Hello All,

   I record bank charges which deducted from bank account directly through miscellaneous receipts with negative sign. There is business need to record Accrued interest which means that interest

have been calculated at 31-Jan-2019 but deducted from bank account at 4-Feb-2019 for example I need to know how to record it in Oracle
