ARCS Transaction Matching - Script for pulling in Balances from BAI and MT940 bank files

Currently Data Management is not set up to pull in ending balances from BAI and MT940 bank files for transaction matching. I was informed by Oracle that a simple script can be written to pull this information.

For MT940 code :60F is where the balances reside. Has anyone been able to accomplish pulling in this data? Below is a sample section of an MT940 file.
