Implication with members in dimensions

Hello, quick question.

Is there any kind of implication/problem/sort of situation that happens if, in two different dimensions i have a dynamic members as the highest member in the jerarquice ?

And viceversa, have 2 dynamic members in one dimension. I ask this cuz my boss made this questions but i don´t really get what kind of "problem" she wants to know about.
