Evaluated Receipts Processing

Hi All,

Need your help with Evaluated Receipts Processing

I am getting Error level H on output of R470412 and in WC "Record Invalid" message with duplicate record

WC:

R470412 Output:

I can locate error in one of the white paper but unable to understand how this can be fixed and where exactly system is trying to update data and getting duplicate issue

FYI, for my record F47042.ACIN is blank not A
