Can you convert a WebCenter page template into an APEX page template?

We have integrated APEX reports into our WebCenter environment and would like the APEX pages to have the same look and feel as the WebCenter.

This will enable APEX features that do not perform properly when the report is displayed in an iframe in a WebCenter page.
