Real Estate System options : Automatic Number Generation

Hello

What does the different options mean for Automatic number Generation for the System Options Setup for Real estate:

Automatic Number Generation

• Company – No(Default Value)....We know this should be NO!

• Lease – No(Default Value)....We know this Should be YES!

Question: What is the recommendation on housing the original Supplier Lease Number? This is so that the Property Manger User can easily query by the original Lease Number?

I recommended the Original lease Number to be part of the Lease Name but wanted to check with Oracle.

Question: What do each of the below mean so we can advise our business so they can decide if it should be a Yes or No?
