Expenses Generic Notification Format
We use the majority of notifications within Expenses for Travel Authorizations, Expense Reports, My Wallet, Approvals, etc. Recently we have been asked not to include the combination of name and emplid of the employee/traveler on these notifications because it's consider sensitive/confidential data. My question is, would the notifications function correctly if we do not include the emplid? Basically what we are thinking about is removing the emplid from the text within the notification.
