E1: Notification: Get "Attempt to start scheduled job for non-existent service" when running AIS API

HI,

I have a Notification built over a Watchlist (and a Query). The same works well when run in DV. But when I move it to PY, I get the below message. The NTF, Watch List and Query do show up in P98220U and are at 08-Shared status. I have done a TokenRequest, StartScheduler before I try to run the startjob.

Message when I try to run the startjob API to start the Notification:

The message tells me that it is not able to find the Notification object. But it does show up in the P98220U and is at
