unable to print images on checks

Hello Everyone,

Unable to print images on checks in HPlaser jet printer using sqr pay003.

Currently trying to print logo and signature using File definitions, we tried .jpg, jpeg, .pgl and .hpgl formats, when using these formats; we are getting a blank space.

However when we use .hgl image format; we are able to print a distorted image. (we are unable to convert .jpg to .hgl image).

It would be helpful if anyone who faced similar issue can guide us on how to create .hgl image and also please advise if we are missing on any more image formats.
