If an organisation has100s of oracle databases and oracle applications (e.g ebusiness, primavera) - what tools / processes/framework can i use/follow to allow maintenance (upgrades,patching,raising support calls of oracle database itself , middleware, oracle tech, tiers, ebusiness etc) - automated or manual tools?
I am sure this is a question that has been asked many times over so am hoping someone could be kind enough to assist please as I have tried my own research but struggling to find what I am looking for
