New Tax codes

Hello Experts

We are in R12.1.3 and went live 8 years ago. Last 8 years we have been using only 8 VAT codes and now as per the new legislation we were asked to setup 40 new tax rates. We have 200 plus operating units and 10 legal entities, just wandering if there is any easy way of doing this. Creating the tax rate and adding this to 200 plus operating units is a tedious job. We are based out of UK and we dont have any complicated tax structure. We just attached VAT to suppliers in Tax classificaiton code section for calculating taxes in AP.
