Error when executing the asynchronous migration

Hello!

We have upgraded our DEV (Design Time Repository) and TEST (Runtime Repository) environments from Siebel 18.6 to 19.6 (i.e. meaning the 19.6.0.0 SIA [23073] ENU(*) is displayed when Help->Tehnical Support is invked for both environments). We'd like to run a Full RR migration between these environments. We have already completed the Full RR async export in DEV, however when starting the async import into TEST the below error is displayed:

Repository must be upgraded to use this feature.

What's wrong? Do we need to run the sync Full RR migration prior in order to start using of async migration functionality?
