How to restrict Journals in Secondary Ledger for Particular Sub-Ledger Categories

Could you please help on how to restrict the Journals in Secondary Ledger for Particular Sub-Ledger Categories.

I have followed the below steps to restrict the Journals in Secondary Ledger:

1) I have added Journal Source & Journal Category as part of Journal Source and Category Conversion for the required Journals which I want to restrict.

2) Then I have selected 'No' to Transfer Journals to this Secondary Ledger

After the above setup's done, I had tested but no luck.

Later, I have modified the Journal Conversion Rules and all options are set to 'NO' but the result is Posting the Journals in the Secondary Ledger.
