Error on Contract Approval and Edit

Hello Team,

Getting Error on contract page .While creating contract failed to mentioned Agreed Amount .After creation also not able to Stop approval and getting below error ..

You must be the initiator of the approval process or have permission to perform this action. (OKC-196211)

I am the contract owner and initiator

Please help
