Migration stuck on SeedCopyExport

Hello!

We have upgraded from Siebel 18.6 to 19.6. We have run a sync Full RR migration, however the process stuck on executing the "SeedCopyExport" step of the "Application Workspace Data Service". This step remains "Running", despite the fact that seedexport_39ED4717AF44.dat file exists in the migration folder on the target FS. The seedexport_39ED4717AF44/log file doesn't contain any errors as well.
