Log indicates Connection dropped due timeout
For JD Edwards EnterpriseOne e910, Tools 9.2.2.6, Weblogic Server 12c 12.3.1.3.0, Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition 12.1.0.2.0
I am seeing the Enterprise Server message in bold below around the time that user reports their JD Edwards sessions ending and landing them on the Select Application Failure Header Label screen.
What does the message "Oracle Connection was dropped because of timeout" mean? What has timed out? Which connection has dropped?
Is there a configuration setting to address this? Is the Connection dropping and the timeout why the application has failed?
Please help with any guidance. I was unable to find any previous explanation of the Connection dropped message on MOS.
