javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Connection reset

Hi All,

I would request to provide a suggestion for this issue. We have verified all drm servers network checks with concerned teams and no issues found from their end. This is happening intermittently, few days its failing and few days its succeeding.

DRM - EBS  Job(Load Segment values and hierarchies) failing with
