How to make Category Segment as Optional

Hi Experts,

Business Scenario:-

1.As per the current Setup, we had Major Category & Minor Category

2. Now as requested from the Business, we have created additional Category i.e Sub Minor Category

3. Since we shared EBS Environment with other Entities & now we  have added New Category called Sub Minor Category, it will appear for other entities too

4. So in this regard, Do we have option to make Sub-Minor Category as Optional for 1 Entity & Mandatory for other
