Report PDF Output not opening in Popup Window in 9.2

Hello,

Currently we are in 9.0 and upgrading to 9.2

We have an UBE call through one of our application and Report PDF Output gets opened in Popup window of Intranet Explorer in 9.0 when application launched on server.

But in 9.2 this Popup is not working. We are getting Error - The file may not exist on Enterprise Server or Security prevents the user from viewing the file.

When I am trying to debug locally the application giving Web Client exception for SetF986110DS- Problem with Server while running Business Function. So unable to check locally.

URL syntax used in our application in 9.0  - "/servlet/com.jdedwards.jas.ube?SERVER="ServerHostName"&JOBNUMBER="JobNumber_JOBNBR"&VIEWTYPE=PDF"
