SF847 Group Post-Suspended Not Successfully Running in our PT 8.57 Environment

We are upgrading from PT8.54/9.2 to PT8.57/9.2.  During testing we've found that the Group Post-Suspended (SF847) report is not running successfully in our PT 8.47 environment.  The report does run in Oracle's 8.57 demo database.  Has anyone else experienced a problem with this report in PT 8.57?  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We kick off the process from the page: Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Group Processing > Group Post-Suspended.  It takes between 70 and 90 minutes to process and comes back with Run Status = No Success and Distribution Status = Posted.  Here are the details:
