Multiple period load using FDMEE

Hello,
My FDMEE version is 11.1.1.2.4.220.
I am trying to load forecast data to HFM application using FDMEE. The expected data is from Jun 2019 to Dec 2022 i.e. multiple year and period. However, data load fails for months that does not have data with below error:

RuntimeError: The Current Process Status 'Import Error' is Invalid (PLAN,FORECAST, JAN-20, PLAN)
In the above example, few periods do not have forecast data whereas most of them do have it. However, the complete data load fails throwing above error.
