Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. "American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program" program always in pending normal state.

It is not running at all.

No incompatible set.

All other programs are running fine in the same manager.

Managers are up and running.

Any known issues with this program?
