Why is Installed Base Not reflecting most recently selected instance?

Installed Base does not seem to refresh with newly selected instance info but displays last selected results. If i query on a part/instance and a list appears, I can select one of the instances shown.  If i go back to the query results and select a different part/instance, the detail will still reflect the previous instance (although header will show recently selected instance).  It causes issues when you think you are looking at the info for one instance and it's the wrong one.  Is this a result of a setting or is using back arrow not supported?
