Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

We have recently upgraded the database version from 11g to 12.1.0.2.0. After upgrade one of our custom interface program running for very long time.

In this custom interface program we are parsing the xml using DBMS_XMLDOM method to get the values from xml tag and storing into staging table.

Before upgrade it was working fine without any performance issue. Kindly provide any solution/ suggestion and why it taking long time after upgrade.
