Not able to delete parent line in OKE contract

Hi,

Can anyone please help me on how to delete the parent line in OKE contract.

When i select the parent line and click on delete the following Note "APP-OKE-248065: You cannot delete a parent line oracle" pop up and not allowing to delete the parent line.

The below screen shot is FYR.

If i delete all the child lines i can able to delete the parent line. But my requirement is to delete the parent line.

Can anyone please help me on this.
