Problem with PeopleSoft HCM Creating Balanced Entries for Time and Labor

We are struggling with the creation of journal entries for Time and Labor. When we send to PeopleSoft FSCM from the PS_HR_ACCTG_LN table they do not balance by GL Business Unit because there are no interunit transactions. We cannot determine where to configure the system to insert the interunit accounts, similar to the settings for the other subledgers within the PeopleSoft suite.

Any help would be appreciated.
