Create Accouning completed error

Hi Experts,

Could you please advise on the attached create accounting log file which was ended with Completed Error.

Followed steps as per the note :  Create Accounting Program Completing With Error ORA-06512 (Doc ID 1400490.1)

Applies to :

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.1.1 and later
Oracle Payables - Version 12.1.1 and later
Oracle Project Costing - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Cause :

The common root cause of this type of issue is multiple instances targeting the same physical directory that can make it full. Each environment needs to target a separate utl_file_dir to prevent the recurrence of this issue.
