What Role Type Budget Manager Used For?

I have a component plan with 2 options Salary Increase and Bonus
Following oracle official course labs there’s one about assigning roles to the users
(Transaction Maintenance > Roles)
In the lab, 2 Role Types are used (Compensation Administrator and Budget Manager)
I find the usage of Compensation Administrator role type in (Doc ID 289992.1)
But what’s role type Budget Manager used for? And is there any other roles used with CWB?
