change to DBA not showing on leave report

After running pre-payroll we found that we needed to change the limit on our floating holiday DBA calculation table.  I reran the leave balance report but it doesn't show the change.  In order for the changes to the floating holiday limits to show on the leave balances do I need to reset and rerun pre-payroll?
