Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical leave

We never applied the PRP for MA Family paid leave that was effective 7/1/2019.  We have now installed 19-C.  I see I now have a MA row with effective date of 7/1 and 10/1.  My progammer is out of the office so I can't pull down 29963137 to remove the 7/1/2019.  Is there a manual document telling me what rows to delete or do I have to install the 29963137?
