Required RUP patch details for R12.1.3

Hi Team,

Client using Finance , SCM, HRMS and Projects Modules - R12.1.3

Business has not been applied in last 2+ years which Oracle recommended patches for resulting in bugs including key security patches.

Please provide the patches detail (RUPs released by Oracle since 2014) so we will check in client instance and apply which need to be.
