Create a web link directly to specific application in UBE

Hi! We are on 9.2 Tools 9.2.3.1.

We are working on a custom UBE which will fetch the G/L batch when it is first created that requires approval. The UBE will then call BIP to generate a PDF showing the batch details, attach it to the email and send to respective approver by his/her Address Number (Data Driven Email). Everything is working fine but there is a requirement that we do not have a clue yet. We need to put a web link to open P0011 and showing the batch when the user click on the link in the BIP email body. The web link is just
