HCM 9.2 PUM 29 - eBenefits - Trying to roll out Fluid Life Event. Get error SecurityException: You d

We just upgraded to PUM 29 PeopleTools 8.57.05. We want to roll out Fluid Life Events. We have the Tile displaying on the Employee Homepage but when we select an event, enter the date and click the Start Life Event button we get "SecurityException: You do not have access to Activity Guide Instance" error.

Is this access granted in the Employee Role or is there some setup step I'm missing?
