Error On Smart View Drill Through launch In Excel

Hi Team,

We have Hyperion FDMEE(On-Prem) version 11.1.2.4.220 in our environment which we used to load data in to Cloud PBCS application(Hybrid Connection).

Recently, Oracle released a new Smart View version which is 11.1.2.5.810 and It brings a few new features related to Drill through. This version have two options for drill through launch (Web Browser & In Excel)

Currently, we are able to launch we browser page but when we switch drill through launch option to In Excel. It’s giving an below error.

#ERROR: Cannot connect to provider. The server name not be resolved.
