I'm looking for information on how to install spatial on a 12.2 database.

I'm looking for information on how to install spatial on a 12.2 database.  I'm reading the DOC ID 270588.1 and it is indicating that it applies to Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.  Where can I find information on installation of Spatial on my 12.2 database?
