insert a data into a table which is having the clob

Hi Team,

From appliacation end trying to insert a data into a table which is having the clob column and having the constraints created

its not happening from application throwing errors in application log.

but able to insert data thorugh PLSQL/SQL developer

oracle DB version is 12.2.0.1.0
