Using Agreements in Preferences

Is there a way to use Preferences to determine the settings for fields such as Mode of Transport, Freight Terms, Carrier, etc in a sales order based on the agreement number chosen. Our terms and conditions can change for each agreement and a customer may have a number of agreements for the same item.
