MFS Wireless - seeing different Task Action menu options after upgrade - can I change this?

We are in the middle of an upgrade project from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.

One of the oddities we found was in MFS Wireless. When you choose a task and then click on the "Action" menu at the bottom we have 4 options that show up in our 12.1.3 production instance, in our testing/upgrade 12.2.8 instance we see 7 choices.

Is this editable/customizable?

For our launch we mostly want things to be the same for our users.
